1 面团制备
该工艺首先使用工业搅拌机将小麦粉和水按精确比例混合。形成粘性面团,然后将其输送至面团罐。面团在此静置预定时间,以促进水分充分吸收和面筋形成。静置后,面团被送入旋转的搅拌筒,进行下一阶段的搅拌。
2 面团清洗(淀粉提取)
在旋转的搅拌筒内,面团经过剧烈的清洗过程。高压水流和旋转叶片的机械搅拌有助于分解面团,将淀粉颗粒与面筋基质分离。此步骤可确保最大限度地提取淀粉,留下富含面筋的残留物。
3 面筋和淀粉分离
生成的浆液——淀粉、水和面筋的混合物——流入平板筛(振动筛)。在此,面筋团块被保留在筛网上,而淀粉-水悬浮液(淀粉乳)则通过筛网。这有效地将面筋与淀粉分离,并将它们引导至不同的加工流程。
4 面筋加工(干燥和研磨)
收集在筛网上的湿面筋经过彻底冲洗,以去除残留淀粉。然后,在进入干燥机之前,对其进行机械脱水以降低水分含量。干燥后,面筋被细磨成粉末,得到活性小麦面筋,这是一种用于烘焙和肉类替代品的高蛋白产品。
5 A-淀粉和B-淀粉分离
首先将淀粉乳(来自步骤3)泵入离心机锥形筛,以去除任何残留的纤维杂质。然后将纯化的淀粉浆送入喷嘴分离器,将其分成两个不同的组分:
A-淀粉乳:包含更大、更纯净的淀粉颗粒(优质)。
B-淀粉乳:包含更小的淀粉颗粒和一些可溶性蛋白质。
6 A 淀粉精炼
A 淀粉乳经旋风分离器浓缩,以提高淀粉密度。然后通过离心或过滤脱水,最后在热风干燥机中干燥。最终产品是高品质的 A 淀粉,可用于食品、造纸和纺织行业。
7 B 淀粉精炼
B 淀粉乳经喷嘴分离器和卧螺离心机进一步净化,去除残留蛋白质和细纤维。浓缩淀粉在气体干燥机中干燥,得到 B 淀粉,这是一种二级产品,常用于粘合剂或作为发酵原料。
8 纤维加工(副产品利用)
离心过程中提取的纤维材料被收集、脱水和干燥。这种营养丰富的副产品被重新用作动物饲料,有助于实现零废弃生产。
三辊研磨机工艺
1. 面粉输送和面团制备
面粉提取:使用振动提取机从储料仓中提取小麦粉,确保稳定可控的进料。
精准计量:旋转阀计量面粉进入系统,保持恒定的流量。
纯度筛选:面粉在加工前经过筛子去除任何异物或残留杂质。
混合和均质:将筛过的面粉与水在高剪切面团搅拌机中混合,形成均匀的浆液。然后将浆液泵入均质机,在均质机中,机械力进一步分解颗粒,以实现淀粉和面筋的最佳分离。
2. 麸质、A-淀粉、B-淀粉和戊聚糖的分离
三相卧螺离心机分离:均质后的浆液进入三相卧螺离心机,根据密度差异进行分离:
重相(A-淀粉和纤维):送至旋转筛进行进一步精制。
中相(麸质和B-淀粉):送至两级旋转筛进行麸质提取。
轻相(戊聚糖和可溶物):收集于专用戊聚糖储罐中备用。
麸质再循环:为了最大限度地提高产量,富含麸质的物料在系统中再循环,以确保最小的损失和更高的纯度。
3. A-淀粉的浓缩和干燥
初级分离:来自离心筛的A-淀粉乳分为:
纯A-淀粉乳(用于进一步精制)。
湿纤维(送至戊聚糖罐)。
精炼工艺:
A淀粉乳在卧螺离心机中进行洗涤和精炼,以去除残留蛋白质。
第二个卧螺离心机浓缩淀粉浆,提高固形物含量。
最终加工:浓缩后的A淀粉在刮刀式离心机中脱水,然后在热风干燥机中干燥,生产出用于食品和工业应用的高纯度A淀粉。
4. B淀粉精炼
初步分离:来自旋转筛的A/B淀粉混合物在卧螺离心机中进行处理,分离出:
A淀粉(返回A淀粉精炼生产线)。
B淀粉乳(继续进行进一步处理)。
纤维去除:B淀粉乳通过离心筛,分离

Machinery:
The machinery investment includes core equipment required for wheat starch production such as wheat cleaning and steeping units, wet milling systems, fiber separation, germ recovery, gluten separation, starch refining, drying systems, storage silos, slurry handling, CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) systems, and all related process lines and automation systems. -
Land & Construction:
The land and construction costs cover industrial-zoned land and all necessary physical infrastructure, including production buildings, administrative offices, raw material and finished product storage, laboratory units, social facilities, and landscaping areas suitable for the full operation of a wheat starch factory -
Total Investment:
The total investment estimate encompasses all vital components such as detailed process engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, infrastructure setup, environmental protection units, product handling systems, licensing, and utility connections (electricity, water, gas) essential for continuous, large-scale operation. -
Auxiliary Equipment:
Auxiliary systems such as steam boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, water purification systems (e.g., reverse osmosis), control panels, backup power generators, and utility monitoring systems are not included in the machinery prices listed above and must be quoted separately based on specific capacity needs. -
Project Design:
Project planning, feasibility studies, and factory layout design services are provided independently and are not included in the above investment figures. These services can be customized according to local regulations, raw material availability, and market targets. -
Technical Service & Consulting:
Turnkey installation is included within the investment scope. Post-commissioning remote monitoring, process optimization, and technical support services will be provided free of charge for a period of 700 days following plant handover.
